L’imprenditore Massimo Di Martino, già committente del nuovo RomaQuattro con lo Studio Archikò, sceglie di affrontare una nuova sfida e di aprire un nuovo locale nel centro di Trieste: dovrà essere un takeaway dove trovare cibo freschissimo e biologico, cucinato con fantasia e sapienza e il tutto dovrà sposarsi con un design contemporaneo, caldo e avvolgente. Si scelgono così le tonalità miele, crema e bianco, fino ad arrivare ad un cioccolato del pavimento: il bancone lineare ed essenziale lascia il posto all’esposizione del cibo, l’infisso meccanizzato permette anche d’inverno di poter servire le persone direttamente sulla strada, una fascia di larice vulcanizzato chiaro, ritma in obliquo l’andamento orizzontale del locale. La porta in vetro fumé lascia intravedere il lavoro in cucina che unisce i due locali: il Volo e il Bar RomaQuattro.
