Il mare come protagonista. Questo è stato l’imperativo del cliente, il quale, pur desiderando un appartamento progettato sulle sue esigenze e segnato da uno stile inconfondibile non voleva che lo sguardo, volto al mare attraverso le tre grandi porte-finestre, si distraesse. Si sono uniti tre appartamenti dai quali è scaturito un salone che interpreta il ruolo centrale: separa il mare e la sua spiaggia dalla zona più privata della casa e dalla cucina. Tutto l’appartamento poggia sul prezioso legno in tek; il camino con i suoi estrattori d’aria in acciaio inox, la scala in acciaio cor-ten sospesa disegnata dall’Ing. Mario Lobuono, il grande tavolo in cristallo, i mobili nella zona tv e tutto il fronte interno sono stati studiati e disegnati al millimetro, come pure il battiscopa.
